Introduction:
The People Empowering People (PEP) program manual is a project of the University of Connecticut (UConn) Cooperative Extension System (CES). Cheryl Czuba, Extension Educator, Community Development, Families and Nanette Page, former graduate student in the UConn Department of Sociology and a trained PEP facilitator, developed the program model and the manual.
